This is the booking form for the main village hall for Non Local Groups, if you are classed as a “Local Group” then please use the following calendar.

Definition of “Local Group”

  • The hirer lives in or has a relative who lives in Town Quarter of Hartington.
  • And/Or the activity is primarily aimed at the village community.
  • Or the hirer has been a long term regular weekly hirer.

Multiple Bookings – Important – For correct booking/invoice generation please only book in monthly blocks. For example, if you have multiple events per month running from June to August, create separate bookings for June, July and August. This will generate 3 booking/invoice forms.
