Welcome to the Hartington Village Booking form.

Our facilities:

  • Main Hall – Ground floor, capacity 200 people, main hall, stage, bar/kitchen
  • Bakehouse – Upstairs meeting room for 12 people maximum
  • A projector and large and small screens are available and included in the hire charge.

Pricing

Weekend Bookings and Special Events

For full weekend pricing (Friday afternoon through to Sunday midday)  for an event such as a wedding celebration or similar special event please contact bookings@hartingtonvillagehall.co.uk  prior to completing the booking form so we can ensure we can meet your expectations. From 01/04/2022 our hire charge for the full weekend will be £500 for ‘local’ hire and £550 for ‘non local’ hire.

 

Main Hall

  • Local Groups – £10/hour rising to £12/hour for bookings taking place from 01/09/2022.
  • Non Local Groups – £18/hour.

 

Bakehouse

  • Local Groups – £6/hour rising to £7/hour for bookings taking place from 01/09/2022.
  • Non local groups – £8/hour.

Local or Non Local booking guidance

A Local Group is where;

  • The hirer lives in or has a relative who lives in Town Quarter of Hartington.
  • And/Or the activity is primarily aimed at the village community.
  • Or the hirer has been a long term regular weekly hirer.
